Product images and descriptions on this Site are for illustrative purposes only. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and minor differences between displayed and delivered items do not constitute a defect.
2.3 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Prices
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3.2 Shipping Fees
A flat shipping fee of $5.99 USD applies to all orders. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed and are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Ordering Process
4.1 How to Place an Order
Select the item(s) you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to provide your shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your order.
4.2 When the Contract Is Formed
A binding contract between you and Heauglow is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order.
4.3 Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or violation of these Terms. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly.
5. Complaints & Warranty
5.1 How to Submit a Complaint
If you are dissatisfied with your order or have a complaint, please contact us at support@heauglow.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos where applicable. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
5.2 Consumer Rights for Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
If a product you receive is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the description at the time of purchase, you have the right to request a remedy under applicable consumer protection law. We will assess each case fairly and in accordance with the law.
5.3 Repair, Replacement, or Refund
Depending on the nature of the issue and applicable law, we may offer:

6. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal (such as the European Union), you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at support@heauglow.com within the applicable withdrawal period. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs in such cases are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
This right does not apply to items that have been worn, washed, or are otherwise not in resalable condition.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable at the time you placed your order, or losses that are not caused by any breach on our part.

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, carrier disruptions, or customs delays.
10. Services Not Available in Restricted Regions
Heauglow does not offer products or services to individuals or entities located in countries or regions subject to international trade sanctions or export restrictions, including but not limited to Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, and the Crimea region. By using this Site, you confirm that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in, any such restricted region.
11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Heauglow is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Resolution Process
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us directly at support@heauglow.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
11.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may seek resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing formal legal proceedings, where permitted by applicable law.
11.4 Jurisdiction
If legal proceedings become necessary, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Heauglow is legally established.
